How are HeyVite invitations sent to guests?
Each guest receives a personal invitation link to their own invitation, by email or as a link you share. Guest Privacy is the default on every plan, free ones too: your guest list is hidden from other guests, with no name search. A host who wants one open, share-anywhere link can switch name search on for that event; it stays off unless they choose it.
Can I send HeyVite invitations by text or WhatsApp?
Yes, by sharing each guest's private link yourself. HeyVite sends invitations by email; for text or WhatsApp, you copy a guest's link and paste it into your own conversation with them. Because you share from your own phone, it works in any messaging app, group chat or country, and every RSVP still lands on your dashboard.
