Personal invitations. A guest list you control.
Give each guest a personal invitation link and collect their reply in one place. By default, guests cannot browse your guest list or search for another person’s invitation.
Who you invite is your business. HeyVite is an invitation platform built around guest privacy: a personal invitation link per guest, no shared list, no name search and no guest tracking unless you deliberately open the door. Many invitation tools treat the guest list as a shared page where anyone can browse the names. HeyVite starts from the other end. Each guest receives a personal invitation link showing their invitation and RSVP details, and other guests cannot browse the full guest list. Share personal links individually, since anyone with a guest’s link may be able to view their invitation and respond. If you want one open, share-anywhere link instead, name search is yours to turn on for a single event, and it stays off unless you choose it.
Why hosts choose it
The details that make guest privacy feel considered, not complicated.
A personal invitation link per guest
Each guest receives a personal invitation link showing their invitation and RSVP details, not a shared page with a list to browse. Other guests cannot look up another person’s invitation or browse the full guest list.
A link that belongs to one guest
Each guest sees only their own invitation, their own RSVP and their own details. A personal link belongs to the guest it was created for, so share it with them directly rather than posting it where others can open it.
No shared list, no name search, unless you ask for one
On every plan, free ones included, an event opens with no public roster and no way to type a name and find an invitation. The full guest list stays with you, the host. Hosts who want one open, share-anywhere link (a game night dropped into a group chat, say) can switch name search on for that event; it is off unless they choose it.
The replies are yours to read
Who declined, who is bringing a plus-one, who has not replied yet: a sealed event keeps all of it off the guest's side of the page. The responses come back to your dashboard.
Dignity by default
No tracking scripts following your guests, no spam, and nothing sold to anyone. The invitation experience stays clean and private, from the first open to the final RSVP.
How does guest privacy work?
Guest Privacy gives every guest a personal invitation link to a private copy of your card. By default, guests cannot browse your guest list or search for another person's invitation.
Add your guests
Build your list privately in your host dashboard. There is no page for guests to browse and no name for a stranger to look up, unless you deliberately open that one event to a share-anywhere link, which is what turns name search on.
Each guest gets their own invitation
HeyVite gives each guest their own private invitation, kept separate from everyone else's.
Everyone replies in private
Guests RSVP through their own link, and replies land on your dashboard in real time. What they share with you (dietary notes, addresses, answers to your questions) is written for the host, and stays on your side of the event.
