Yes. Each sub-event has its own guest list, so you can invite everyone to the ceremony while keeping the rehearsal dinner to close family.
Do guests RSVP separately to each sub-event?
Yes. Guests reply to each part they are invited to, so you get a clear, separate head count for every sub-event.
Do guests see sub-events they are not invited to?
No. Each guest opens an invitation of their own and sees only the sub-events they are invited to. The full schedule remains yours to manage.
What is the most private way to send digital invitations?
Send each guest a personal invitation link to their own invitation, on a platform with no public guest list, no name search by default, no ads and no guest tracking. HeyVite works this way by default, on every plan including the free one: guests see their own invitation and RSVP, and your guest list is hidden from other guests.
Can I password-protect my event?
Yes. Events can be password-protected so only people holding the direct link and the password can open them, on top of the per-guest private links every invitation already has.
Does HeyVite show ads or track my guests?
No. There are no ads on any plan, no third-party trackers on invitations, and analytics never run on guest invitation pages. Guests' names, RSVPs and details are never exposed to other guests or to advertisers.
