How do I send gala invitations online?
Create your invitation in the card studio, import your supporter list or add guests by hand, and send by email, or share a private link yourself. Each guest gets a private link to reply, and every RSVP, table request and meal choice tracks itself on one live dashboard.
Can I limit how many people can RSVP?
Yes. Set a capacity to match the seats your venue holds, and RSVPs close automatically once it is reached. Guests who reply after that join a waitlist, so you never overbook, and you can release a seat to the next in line if someone drops.
Can I ask custom questions like table or dietary preferences?
Yes. Add your own questions to the RSVP: table assignment, sponsorship level, dietary restrictions, plus-one names, anything you need. Each answer is saved next to the guest's reply, so seating charts and catering counts come from one organized list.
Is the gala guest list private?
Yes. Every guest receives a private invitation of their own. And with Guest Privacy, included on every plan (free ones too), there is no public guest list and no name search by default. Guests see only their own invitation, and only you and your co-hosts ever see who is coming.
How much does it cost to host a gala invitation?
It is free to start, with no credit card. Paid plans are a single payment for a single event ($15, $45 or $110 depending on the plan), and all a paid plan changes is the guest limit; every event goes out watermark-free either way. For very large galas or white-label branding, you can contact sales.
Can I get a head count for the caterer?
Yes. Your dashboard shows a running total of confirmed guests as replies come in, with meal choices and dietary notes attached to each name. When it is time to confirm numbers, you can hand the venue an exact count instead of an estimate.
