Weekend itineraries, wine-country days and one last big night out: wording ready to copy for the bride’s crew.
A bachelorette invitation is equal parts hype and logistics: the dates, the plan, the cost, and what to pack, delivered with enough energy to match the group chat. Copy the example that fits the trip, swap in your names and cities, and send. RSVPs and per-event replies land on one dashboard, so the maid of honor can plan instead of chase.

What should a bachelorette party invitation include?
Whichever tone you choose, every bachelorette party invitation needs the same bones: who, what, when, where, and when to reply.
Dates before anything
For a weekend trip, the dates are decision number one. Flights, time off and sitters all hang on them. Put them at the top, bolded in spirit if not in font.
Publish the itinerary beats
Dinner Friday, pool Saturday, brunch Sunday, with times. Guests who can only join part of the trip need to know which parts exist.
Say the cost out loud
Awkward to write, worse to surprise. State the per-person estimate and exactly what it covers: “$220 covers the house and Saturday dinner; travel is yours.”
Pack list and dress code
Matching outfits, theme nights, flannel for the campfire. If there’s an assignment, the invitation carries it. Nobody wants to learn about the rhinestone requirement on arrival.
Tie the RSVP deadline to the bookings
Houses, vans and cabanas book at final count. Give the deadline a reason (“the house books at final count”) and it stops reading as a suggestion.
Mark the bride’s surprises
If a stop is a surprise for the bride, label it on the invitation (“the piano bar she doesn’t know about yet”) so nobody spoils it in the group chat she can see.
Keep planning
Where the wording goes next: designs, guides and the rest of the library.
Wording etiquette for bachelorette party invitations, answered plainly.
What do you put on a bachelorette party invitation?
Five things: the bride’s name, the dates, the location and home base, the per-person cost with exactly what it covers, and an RSVP deadline tied to the bookings. For trips, add the itinerary beats and a pack list. Costs stated plainly up front save every awkward conversation later.
Who pays for the bachelorette party?
In the United States, guests typically cover their own travel and lodging and split the shared costs, and the group usually covers the bride’s share between them. The invitation should state the math plainly: what the per-person number includes, and that the bride pays for nothing.
How far in advance should bachelorette invitations go out?
Two to three months for a weekend away. Guests need to book flights, request time off and arrange sitters. A single night out needs only three to four weeks. Either way, collect RSVPs well before the booking deadlines, because the house and the van book at final count.
Who gets invited to the bachelorette party?
The wedding party plus the bride’s closest friends, and everyone invited should also be on the wedding guest list. The bride’s call is final on every name; the maid of honor just sends the invitation and runs the logistics. When in doubt, ask her privately, not the group chat.
